Minus 1 star because the waiter seated another group of 2 prior to us even though we arrived before them. Ruby's is a staple - always my comfort food whenever I'm near soho and want a bite. The wait for a table of two on a Thursday evening around 8 pm was around 20-30 minutes. I usually get the shrimp pasta which is grilled shrimp with spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, arugula, lemon, cream, crushed red pepper and breadcrumbs. Their truffle fries is always good and goes with anything - pasta, burger, salad and etc!

Amazing spot for dinner! We got a side of fries and the spicy vodka pasta but substituted the noodles for rigatoni which was absolutely perfect. Perfectly al dente and little kick of spice made the pasta that much better. Not only was the food delicious but the service was impeccable. We were heavily attended to and our server was so sweet and even got us complimentary drinks! We sat out on the patio which totally added to the mood of the evening. Overall the soho location on mulberry street was great and we will definitely be back!

Came in on a busy Saturday afternoon and got sat right away. Minus one star for 3 water cups being dirty with lipstick before we finally got a clean cup. Water was also warm and tasted like trash. Our food came out before our cocktails did, kinda annoying as we needed a drink since the water was nasty. Mid spot but my friend said it's usually way better, this was my first time.

Love Ruby's! This spot is one of my go-to brunch spots because of how diverse their menu options are - from classic brunch items, to pastas, to burgers! There's a reason why it's always packed - also because they don't take reservations, especially during weekend brunch. Expect to wait up to 30 min for a table. I ordered the Egg Sandwich, which was delicious and savory. The piece of lettuce inside got quite soggy that it made the sandwich a bit hard to eat, but nonetheless still enjoyable. If you're dining with a small group, highly recommend getting their fries as it's an easy finger snack and the portion is huge! My friends got the Pancakes, which were nice and fluffy, and the Breakfast Bowl which was simple, but very filling! They have ample seating, yet always packed because of how popular this spot is! This includes outdoor dining and another seating section right next door, which is open concept as well during the nice weathers. Overall, highly recommend Ruby's for their good food and nice vibes.

Ruby's is one of my favorite reliable restaurants in the city. The food is always good! I prefer the outdoor seating to indoor because it's pretty cramped and loud inside, whereas outside is much more relaxing. I find it annoying that even if you have a reservation they won't seat you until your entire party has arrived.

Been here twice. Go here for the ~vibes. The food is alright too, albeit kind of expensive for what you're getting (alas, brunch in NYC is often so). We scored a walk-in for two on Sunday around 11:30 after a really short wait. I would take the greeter's wait time estimate with a grain of salt, as we were told 15-20 min and got in after 5. Previously I went for a weekday lunch and had no wait. The breakfast bowl is more like a deconstructed avo toast than a bowl. It was fine... I think for $17 a little too pricey, especially given how little prep is actually needed for this. The banana bread is good with the passionfruit butter, and boring by itself. The yogurt bowl looks aesthetic but again pricey. The matcha latte is pretty good. The server didn't know what matcha powder they use but it's ceremonial grade. In the past I've also ordered the fried chicken burger which I liked. Ambience here is lively and cozy. Expect a small table in close quarters. It's not overly noisy because not many people can fit inside. Service is good; our waitress was really sweet and attentive. We didn't feel rushed at all while we were here either. All in all, come here for brunch if you're looking for a casual atmosphere and some decent (but again overpriced) food and don't mind a wait.

I came to Ruby's on a date around 8:30pm on a Monday night, we sat inside and the ambiance was warm but the space was quite cramped. They didn't have the first two drinks I ordered, and their espresso machine was apparently turned off so I couldn't order coffee but there was also an espresso martini on the menu? Anyway. The pasta was phenomenal, the service was amazing and attentive, the actual slow cooked meat in the ragu was unreal and softer than any I've ever had. Almost like a ropa vieja. I would absolutely come back for lunch, but honestly not on a date. The accommodations were awkward, and they fumbled a lot of the menu. Also, no wine glasses?

This is a great spot to catch up friends and hang with family. I tried the fried chicken burger which was nice and crispy and delicious The sweet potato fries were perfect with the aioli sauce. Service was nice and accommodating even when it was so busy. Will come back :)

Came here on a date and everything was solid. I've been to the other locations but I'm still surprised by how great all the locations are! I absolutely LOVED the brussel sprouts! I've been obsessed with the seasoning ever since I had them. The mix of savoriness from the parmesan and the acidity of the lemon were so delicious. My partner got the Bronte and really enjoyed it! My favorite dish is the ruby ragu! The pasta was cooked to al dente and the ragu sauce was tender and so savory! Service was fairly fast! It's a perfect date spot for those looking to get a quick bite to eat.

Amazing prices. Very friendly staff. The vodka pasta in particular is amazing Met up w my ex here a while back for brunch and got too anxious to stay but they packaged up our food for us, I chugged my delicious mimosa and I lived to tell the tale so thank you to the friendly staff who were very accommodating! I ended up coming back for dinner with a friend that's how you know! Will be back (but not with my ex)
